These Terms govern your use of discountfee.online and the web design, development, hosting and digital marketing services provided by Discountfee.online (“we”, “us”). By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide web design, web development, hosting, maintenance and digital marketing services to clients in the United States and India. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or invoice that you approve.

2. Quotes and payment

Projects start once you accept a quote and pay the agreed deposit, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are in USD for US clients and INR for Indian clients, and exclude applicable taxes such as sales tax or GST.
Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause work or hosting.
Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, marketing) are billed in advance each period.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, images, logins and feedback on time, and confirm you own or have permission to use everything you supply. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in your quote. Extra revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final custom design and code delivered to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and code libraries, and third-party items (themes, plugins, fonts, stock media) remain under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Hosting and uptime

We work to keep hosted sites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control may cause downtime. Hosting must not be used for illegal, infringing, malicious or spam content, and we may suspend accounts that breach this.

7. Marketing services

We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Search engines and ad platforms change their rules and results often. Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our fees and is non-refundable by us.

8. Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party providers (domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, ad platforms). We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

For US clients, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate. For clients in India, the laws of India apply. Both parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business details and project messages sent via forms, email or phone.
Billing information: invoicing details. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers.
Automatic data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use information

To reply to enquiries, provide quotes and deliver services.
To process payments and send invoices.
To improve our website and services.
To send updates or offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
To meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing), with professional advisers, or when required by law. These providers may process data in the United States, India or other countries.

5. Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online system is completely secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, other US states and India), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to opt out of marketing, and to withdraw consent. 7. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with our work. Because our services are digital and custom-made, no physical goods are shipped and no products are “returned”. This policy explains when refunds apply.

1. Web design and development

Before work starts: if you cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit and we have not begun work, you get a full refund.
After work starts: the deposit is non-refundable once design or development has begun, as it covers time already spent.
Mid-project cancellation: you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused balance from advance payments will be refunded.
After delivery: completed and delivered projects are not refundable. We will fix defects that do not match the agreed scope at no extra charge.

2. Hosting and domains

Hosting plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. New hosting customers may request a full refund within 14 days of first purchase.
After 14 days, fees are not refunded for the current billing period, but no further charges will be made once cancelled.
Domain registrations, SSL certificates and other third-party purchases are non-refundable once issued.

3. Digital marketing

Monthly management fees are billed in advance. You may cancel with 30 days’ notice and pay for the month in progress.
Fees for work already delivered (campaign setup, content, audits) are not refundable.
Ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta or other platforms is non-refundable by us.
We cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or sales, so lack of a particular result is not grounds for a refund.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party licences (themes, plugins, stock media), payment gateway fees, custom work you approved and services already used are not refundable.

5. If something is wrong

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix the problem first. If we cannot deliver what was agreed in the written quote, we will issue a full or partial refund for the affected part, as appropriate.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@discountfee.online with your name, invoice number and reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, though your bank may take longer.
